These Fig & Spelt sourdough crispbreads are inspired by our love of Swedish baking. We use simple natural ingredients and our precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made.
Baked until golden & crisp, they are the natural choice for a salty blue cheese.
