Chapel Down Sparking Wine - Baccus 2019, is a classic example of quality English sparkling wine with aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and elderflower. The gentle effervescence carries the tropical fruit and floral flavours giving a crisp refreshing finish.  

Grapes were hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed in September and October 2019. Cool fermentation in stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation helps to retain the freshness of this style. 

Great as an aperitif or the perfect pairing to summer salads and grilled poultry.

By combining new techniques with years of knowledge they are able to produce grapes to the highest standards.
