Full bodied. This saucisson is matured for longer to develop a strong aromatic flavour. Great with a glass of wine! This Saucisson sec is made in the Aveyron region in France. A recipe handed down through two generations using pigs reared in France. Matured in a natural casing to develop the meaty and aromatic flavour. Using traditional methods of the region and stuffed by hand. With a satisfying meaty texture, it's a perfect addition to any charcuterie plate or picnic.

Pork, Salt, Lactose (Milk), Dextrose, White Pepper, Sugar, Garlic, Black Pepper, Paprika, Preservative: Potassium Nitrate, Nutmeg, Lactic Fermenting Agent, Natural Pork Casing, Prepared with 163g of Pork per 100g of finished product
