Tuck in to Simon Weaver Organic’s rich and creamy brie. Each truckle is made with organic milk from their forage fed cows who graze the low lying river meadows of the Cotswolds. This soft, white cheese has a clean and fresh taste which develops over time without becoming pungent. It’s a fantastic cheese for salads and toasties or it also sits well on cheese board accompanied by fresh bread, crackers or simply a slice of crisp apple.
